With our new chat feature that is integrated into your account, clients and cleaners can communicate directly, using a new messaging/chat feature. This serves as a convenient method when the client isn’t present during the cleaning and in urgent need to communicate with the cleaner to pass specific instructions.
Browse individual cleaner profiles before booking
Curious to find out more about your cleaner? Our new platform will give you first insight into the profiles of the selected Helpling cleaners base on your cleaning needs. This means that customers are able to view the names and ratings of service providers and to choose from a suggested set of cleaners before the actual booking.
Easy management of your bookings in just a few clicks
Wish to change the day of your usual cleaning? With our new and improved platform, you are now able to more move or cancel a booking easily. For specific requests such as rescheduling of a booking, you do not need to worry about being matched with another cleaner as you can you can now have access to your favourite cleaner’s schedule. This way, you can immediately see when your cleaner is available and make a new appointment in a single operation.
Keep track of your payments and invoices
Keeping track of your payment status can finally be a thing in the past! Now, you can now click on your account view to monitor the payment status of your cleaning, past invoices and download your payment information easily. In addition, cleaners can now make amendments to invoices (like add extra hour of work) and send it to their clients.
We value your feedback
We emphasize heavily on the quality and experience of our cleaning partners through our extensive screening process and your feedback. Your feedback can constantly improve our service by providing immediate feedback on their work. With our new rating system, you are now able to submit your reviews directly to us and your cleaner. Made a mistake on your reviews? Not to worry! You can edit your reviews in your new account.You evaluate your cleaner on three categories: quality of the cleaning; punctuality; and friendliness.
