You can make a booking for a one-off clean or schedule a regular cleaning via our mobile app/website. It takes just three easy steps to make your first booking.

How is Helpling different from a cleaning company?

Unlike the typical cleaning company or maid agency, we are a digital-first organization and we focus significantly on customer experience and satisfaction. Our hourly rates are transparently presented on all customer touchpoints. You'll never have to wait on quotes and deal with poor customer service ever again.

How can I register?

You can register an account with us when you make your first booking. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to create a password.

How does Helpling ensure the service quality?

We’re very careful about the cleaning professionals we select. We vet each applicant to make sure they have the right aptitude and attitude to provide an excellent service. We also verify they are insured by a reputable firm that is well known in the industry. We accept only the highest quality cleaning professionals, with only about 1/4 of applicants being accepted on to the platform. It is safe to say that all of our service providers have the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

I have booked a cleaner online. What comes next?

You will receive a text and email notification once your request is confirmed. If no cleaning professionals are available at your requested time-slot, our Account Managers will contact you to arrange an alternative timing.

Do I have to provide the cleaning materials?

Yes, please provide the cleaning equipment. Your assigned cleaning professional will be able to advise you on the required items.

Do I have to be here when the cleaning professional arrives?

We recommend that you welcome your cleaning professional on the first booking in order to orientate her around the house and to discuss your requirements.
