You can register at the time of your first booking. After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to create a password.

The cleaners are all legal and vetted by Helpling. They are either freelancers or employees of our business partners.

We place high importance on the working conditions of our cleaners, ensuring that they receive the right remuneration for their work. The prices on Helpling are determined by the service providers themselves and we take a flat 20% commission on every completed job.

You will receive a text and email notification when a cleaner accepts your request. If no cleaners are available at your requested time-slot, our Customer Service team will contact you to find an alternative timing.
