1. Campaign Period
- This promotion (“Campaign”) runs from 15 July 2026 to 15 August 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise extended, shortened, or terminated by Helpling.
2. Eligibility
- Open to all Helpling customers, new and existing, who make and complete a general cleaning booking on Helpling.com.sg or via the Helpling app during the Campaign Period.
- A “new customer” is defined as an individual who has never had a Helpling account or booking prior to 15 July 2026 under their email, phone number, or household.
- Terms and conditions of the relevant booking type apply to all bookings made under this Campaign.
- Employees of Helpling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
- Sign up or log in on Helpling.com.sg or via the Helpling app.
- Make and complete a general cleaning booking during the Campaign Period.
- Each general cleaning booking made and completed during the Campaign Period earns the customer 1 entry into the prize draw.
- Customers who make and complete 4 or more general cleaning bookings during the Campaign Period will receive a double chance, equivalent to 2 entries, into the prize draw.
- New customers will receive an exclusive $10 welcome discount on their first general cleaning booking by applying the promo code Xtra10 at checkout.
4. Prizes
- 1 winner will receive 1 year of free cleaning.
- The grand prize entitles the winner to 1 free classic clean per month for 12 consecutive months from the date of issue.
- Each session is 3 hours in duration.
- Weekend and festive surcharges are not included and remain payable by the winner.
- The free cleaning credit must be used within the calendar month it is issued and cannot be carried forward, combined, or exchanged for cash or other items.
- The $10 welcome discount is valid for first-time customers booking a general cleaning service only and is applied by entering the promo code Xtra10 at checkout. It is not valid for other service types and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless stated otherwise.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement
- The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by Helpling on 29 August 2026, being 2 weeks after the Campaign Period ends.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or WhatsApp by 31 August 2026.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Helpling reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. General Terms
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Helpling reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may request proof of identity or completed bookings.
- By participating, customers agree to Helpling using their name and anonymised booking details for promotional purposes related to this Campaign.
- Helpling reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if unforeseen circumstances arise, without prior notice.
- Standard Helpling terms of service apply to all bookings made under this Campaign.
